Maybe driver burned?
Try to look carefully is there no hole in BOSCH driver.

driver 40063 and 40067 is optic OK
eeprom is damage - someone was already trying to make the unit

does anyone really have a working solution?
I don't have a test car and Abritus doesn't want to contact the unit on the table.
