MC9S12DP512 Does someone has any clue about reading this mcu?

I'm trying to read the mcu MC9S12DP512 with jlink Segger v8 , but i had no luck in finding the info that i need ...did find any schematic on were the jlink wires should go.If someone has some info i will gladly take it .. thank you..
