Chrysler Sebring 2.0 petrol need immo off

i need help with immo off for a Chrysler Sebring 2.0 petrol from 2001.

The car not start, light immo blinking, only 1 key, the car was buy just now and no start.

Ecu: P/N P04896786AC
S/N T30EH24913CPDA
04896 786AC
HLN6Y1A Sequence 118320

Eprom inside ECU in gel 95040

Hello again,

With this file car can start, but no power on the ignition coil, and with direct power, the car start but only work 5 seconds and go down, and after start the car sometimes, there is no start again and in the cluster says, P1684.

Any help or advise?
