i am looking for somebody how can fix the synchro between ECU SIS202 and dash for ford fucus

in the ECU i have this fault B2139-6 wich is indicate that no concordance between recieved and expected data

the car was running correctly and after one day parking it does not start any more with red lamp is blinking.
the olny think that i found strange is that the starter is turning when i acte on it (car doesn't start), normaly when ford car is blocked by the immobilizer you can not acte the starter.

synchro is ok, defect is in car what, I don't know anymore, maybe the marten bit through the wires
