Hello, i need remove immo ECU BOSCH 0281014209, D23 41U61L1.
I have UPA-S, Wellon Autos, Martech, Rice Carprog programmers. Does anyone have a pinout to read flash from this driver with any of these programmers? Unfortunately, I do not have access to KTAg or BDM.

You need to read flash for that. Bdm is the best solution, after off, ktag will make checksum for you.
Not sure if you can make off in eeprom (you could use upa or carprog for read/write)

I do not have access to KTAG. I need to connect directly to the board (MCU-BGA) with the UPA-S or MArtech or Carprog programmer and for this I need a programmer connection description,
