HOW CAN GET HARDCUT ON EDC15+

Hi im have a 1.9 pd 115hp, im test do hardcut but im not like my results, im limit the Torque on 4800rpm, and 4801 in 0, when im test the car in 3 gear at 4800 only im lost a power, please does anyone know another way funtioal please, im have a straigth pipe. Greetings
