Don't know too much about britsh registration codes, but you're car seems to be built before 9/2001.. If so, seizing could be an issue, esp. if the brake fluid hadn't been changed every two or three years. That way the fluid will contain enough water to accelerate the corroding on this sensible alloys.
Anyway, you should remove and dissamble your brake and repair as nec. This includes discs, which might be rectified if still thick enough.

i have seen pads seized top and bottom with rust when that happens you see rust on outer and inner edge where pads dont move, also bolt sliders seize, maybe time for new pads and discs for better braking.

Hi,
You can try europarts, or gsf [german, swedish, french], general traffic, anthony page. Alternatively your local car parts shop.
Have the guy [or girl!], do a good inspection.
If you intend keeping the vehicle would be worth changing the discs anyway.
