The problem with this car is engine ecu locked, key is ok, it is shown on the display :"problem dpf and additive" ecu is bosch MD1CS003. No communication with engine ECU, fuse and supply voltage are ok. so, what should I do to get the car started? Need help please guys, thanks in advance

Yes - from ECU or dealer by vin

Or pull the ECU and read through the B.D.M

Power supply or ground is not enough to get comm with modules. People's needs learn first how to make diagnostic. That's all from me on this moment.
I will only ask....what about terminator over CAN network? and many more questions.....

also no communication with BSI, attached backup from ecu with k-tag
