After flash got ABS and BRAKE lights on. Any suggestions? They dissappear when I drive a bit but then come back again

Hello,
I bought another cluster for small price (MPH) and it works like a charm (without any errors)

Is there any chance to change mileage unit from miles to km using hex programmer? Maybe write a dump from kmh cluster?

I flashed using kmh dump but instead of mileage I got "13-" on screen. Any ideas?
