Mate, i've compared your file with a file, which i've read from Astra, same engine...
It is same.
This Astra, with SPS have option "Without EGR", so i really don't understand why you can't flash it this way...
I can give you a file, which is read after SPS without EGR, but... this will be probably the end of the ECU life!

I suggest you to launch the SPS, input the right VIN and chose Without EGR, flash...
Should be ok!
