if no faults would suggest a mechanical fault ecu cant see.

possable egr valve poisioning the inklet or possably a turbo pipe compressing.

If it is a engine 110cv controls the vacuum pipe running from the solenoid to Wase Gate, usually breaks the curve into the turbina. It is what passes near to the tube pressure air from the turbine to the intercooler.
You should also check the solenoid control sometimes freezes or wires into the plug is broken.

If you drive a lot in city, and no lights,i think it will be EGR valve which lets loose power.

Had same problem on 1.4hdi 68 hp.

Put off egr, cleaned with break cleaner and brush.

Worked perfect for me.

But also mass ai flow sensor, can be problem.

Take it out of the inlet tube, and clean little wire with break cleaner, dont touch them anyway, just flush with breakcleaner and let stay for 15 min before remount it.

Hope could help.

Regards.

if you have a 2.0 HDI 16valve don't forget to check a little vacuum pipe near to the alternator on the upper side.

usually it breaks in the curve.

check all the vac pipes coming from brake servo pump & check for vac. presence from smaller "tee" offs at servo pump outlet pipe

For the mechanical failures, such boost miss, or egr position, they CAN be deteced by ecu by their EFFECTS; so try please scan it with PP2000; or at least look at live data, try to see something not according to reference values, such boost pressure, EGR RCO, Fuel pressure, Timing synchronisation...Etc.
