Greetings

Got P56041 634AE for jeep XJ 2001 with Motorola HC11k4 I tried to reed it for for immo off with clone UPA USB but couldn't read it at all 😕, tried different options like lift pins Reset, Moab and MoabA but every time it keeps getting an error " device no respond"
Now I desolder it out but it's still not reading.

Test connections all green ok except VSS black 0V.
Test hardware all test passes except except test 20 4.01V " range 4V tp 5V" I don't know whether it's the problem ir not.
Maybe the problem with the 24c128 Eeprom of the UPA-USB v1. 3r2

I solved it the problem was in the clock Oscillator must add 8Mhz with 2 capacitors in pins 73 & 74 and connect all 3Vss and 3 Vdd now it reads like a charm.

Any helps with immo off file for this ECU
