Thank you Teuton, I strongly believe it is the right code, but there is no power coming on in the radio at all. Not even error message or any lights whatsoever. I entered the code using 1 thru 4 by pressing as many times as the number. Please help ? Thank you

Check the basics: Is there power supply to the radio, look for burned fuse. How did it happen that the radio stopped playing. shed a little bit light on us:hmmmm2:

I had the alternator replaced. Ever since it has not worked. The radio lights come on with all other interior lights- just the actual screen does not light up and displays no lines, codes, errors. Fuse is good. Tried entering the code and nothing at all. All connections directly connected to radio are good. Would it be possible that something would have been disconnected when alternator was replaced? Would it even need to be disconnected for that repair?
