What to buy? where to buy? device? Program? to fix Tesla? I mean coding, replacing the battery, firing on impact, replacing the MCU as it is full. I also mean to repair remotely when the car is far away.

Search for T-Diag. About 4k usd full. Remote can be done if the customer has the diagnose interface activated and you have the remote laptop with the T-diag software. There are some usb remote softwares available.
