Advice Audi bcm2 and ecu

Hello all I'm looking for some advice I have an Audi Q7 2012 3.0tdi ecu is EDC17CP44 original ecu is damaged non readable client ordered a complete startup kit however the donor BCM is totally different including the plugs so I was thinking if possible I install only the used ecu and code online
Or read the original bcm and the donor ecu and get the pin and cs and adapt with vcds if possible can someone please advise thank you

If I can do this adaptation online I don't have Odis installation would v 5.1.5 Odis work as i see ppl selling online accounts or teamview

Things have changed, a while back.
ODIS Online - can do it.
At the Audi dealer.
They must make a request, to the factory in Germany.
To be allowed to adapt this ECU.
Onto the car.

I think there is about 24 hours, delay when factory approve the swap.
(This is how, the system works now. But I might be wrong).
Since I have not done this myself yet.

You have other ways also without ODIS Online.
ECU can be adapted from original BCM2 of the car, or also Immo Off in ECU is a solution.
Obviously nothing of this can be done with VCDS, it's an Immo5 Audi, so VCDS won't do anything related to Immo.

thank you Antonio im sure however due to limited tools and software maybe online will be ok i dont have abrites but fvdi and vas however also thinking of reading both the elv modules getting both nessary infomation pin cs and maybe using fvdi i know its not the best of tools but thats what i have now to complete opinions

anyway - no part number, no help need
