Opel Meriva Bosch M1.5 5 change firing temperature

hello my friends, I'm having problems with this car, the radiator fan is firing between 100 to 101 degrees, this is harming the engine, I wanted to turn the fan on at 95 degrees and off at 88. if anyone can help.
