Volvo FH4 instrument dead issues

Hello all

I have dead instrument cluster from Volvo FH4. He died while drivng the gauges stopped on 86kmh and about 1500rpm. Then I connecten on a bench i have 5V supply and 3,3V supply on PCB but nothing happen. Someone knows what's common issues with this dash? I think the problem is with BGA MCU because i have 2 supply voltage and nothing happen.

I heat the PCB and after that dash gave a sign of life. CAN signal appeared and gauges moves a little, on green and blue section voltage awhile appeared for but screen shows nothing.
I don't know a can frame with ignition on to wake up the dash.

Yes you must resolder BGA chip

that is the only way, I can test some parts before resolder ?

You can test the supply after connect power on plug like on image on first post

In this txt file you have some data, if I send it with somethig like hyper terminal, the instrument light up, but wich can connection is good for this test H or L?
I make the reball but no result yet, is neccesary to reball the ram and flash?
If I buy a new one is work with the track just plug and play ?
