500c Fta only help

hi there i recently tried to set up my dreambox 500c with your dk 1.1 image ive selected my location which is irvine and found all channels but even after putting the keys and that onto the box with flash fxp all i seem to get is the fta channels the rest are blank after i hold the info button in at ss1 does anyone know where i am going wrong im on smallworld media if that helps thanks

Make sure you put the files in the right folders.

ive put the files in the folders but still no joy

Apparently virgin services have been down today, maybe that's the problem.

I honestly can't think of anything else to say. The steps outlines in the link above are how you do it.

smallworld media? huh? where are you? you need a cables xml file for your area. believe i am right in saying that the dk v1.1 only has uk xml

im in irvine ayrshire m8 got dk 1.1 on the dreambox just now it even had irvine in the search by location menu at the startup will keep trying other images just incase

alot of people told me that smallworld was on nagravision but the cards are nds could this be whats up?
