Car is crank but not start.. 2F45 dtc i check isn code same.. i tried sync but not success.. i guess ews dump damage.. i need ews dump repair..

if i remember well you can update & fix that with x431
are you sure keys are stored there ?
most of times problem comes from other fault

You have same ISN 41 B7 on EWS and DME. Remove battery for some time and with proper tool try to sync again.

try 2800 to 2830 full FF and synchro again in engine flash
