2018 Mercedes s450 cluster swap

I bought 2018 Mercedes s450 with no cluster from an auction, I installed a used one but the mileage shows dashes only "---" because the vin is different on it, the dealership said they can do nothing on it because it came from another car, if I want to buy a new one I have to wait at least 3 month :{
Do you have an idea how to change the vin number for the cluster?
