I have issue that left side turn signal indicator LED's do not work on my Ibiza Cupra R (LHD) dashboard. It seems to be impossible to find replacement instrument cluster, or find local repair shop capable of repairing it (non-UK location). Have basic electronic skill, but it's beyond my capability even to trace what is driving these LED's. When turn signal is ON, speaker is clicking properly, just both LED's do not lit up. So I assume CAN signal comes to the dash properly, but the LED's or the driver are toast.

Bought few dashes from scrapyards as donors for the LED's, they seem to have same board, eeprom, but the labels indicate different something, I can guess is some software version and coding version. Closest I could get is RHD Ibiza FR, which runs essentially same engine, wheels, fuel tank, etc. Wonder, what numbers are important and which are not.

Also checked that same PCB is used in other cars on same platform, like VW Polo, Skoda Fabia, so unification level - should be quite high.

Does it makes any sense to try to download eeprom content from old, rare dash, upload it to "donor" dash and try it in the car? If it works - then I could swap film with dials.
However, I am not sure, can such operation damage a car somehow? ECU, CAN gateway? Car is undergoing restoration as youngtimer and starting to be rare. Not many 6L petrol cupras around. TDI seem to be much more popular.

Original (Cupra R) dashboard label:

Replacement (FR) dashboard label. It seems version (?) is V12, wonder what is that:

Label from some random dashboard I have purchased for peanuts just to scavenge parts. It looks this Version was updated every year, SW updated not so often, but CO - was updated more often:
