Hello guys, Anyone used Autel IM508/IM608 to make remote keys for Fiat Ducato 2018-2018? I am little sceptic, smart pro can only make keys to 2017 for Fiat Ducato. Anyone?

Autel got problems with correct precoding. That means remote might not work after programming.

Thank you guys. Regarding key, Remote is 6000627331 and pod key 71776162 checked with fiat dealer. Ok Autel can not do precoding right and zed full I do not have. Maybe buy abrites or zed full? Or OBD Star ?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yK-6_0VxZbM . Had feeling OBD star was not so good, have to pay 400USD every year and if stop. 80% of cars disappears? What other tool is possible to use? Anyone?

ive done plenty of 2019 and 2020 registered models , especially motorhomes , as not every 2020 model is late 2019/2020 built . but from mid 2019 built models system changed again and not supported yet .
smart pro will do a 2019 if still on old system as will abrites despite what coverage lists say , coverage lists are a guide only , not all 2020 registered vehicles are 2020 built

I love you guys, thank you. Custemer had Fiat ducato manufactured 2018-04, vin ZFA25000002H17469. Wanted 2bt remote key, id46. From what I could see and understand on you tube, it should be possible to do this with the following tools. Lonsdor k518ise , Obdstar x300DP plus(these two I do not like), Xtool 100pad2 , autel IM508 ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OINkdWX-6pI ) and of course smart pro and Abrites . Please correct me if I am wrong!

But how to know if old system? By chassi ZFA250, If looking at 3BT silca key SIP22R07? Or by testing? If understood it right after approx. 2019 must do by eeprom? What tool to use after 2019?

Recall doing a 2020 brand new camper van along with fiat 500 during lockdown via OBD
Didn't mean literally Martin old boy!
good thing we can still do em
Just plug in OBD socket and try - locks etc same assume software update as Fiat annoyed at us doing keys ;)

its not unusual with motorhomes due to the time it takes to build and fit the habitation areas and electrics , the chassis is often older than the registered date .
on the first of the late 2019 the same marelli key is used only the system and algo has changed and is being worked on by software developers , from later 2021 models keys move to the newer style flip key .
im sure abrites will have it in the near future.

What's the problem? If it doesn't want to work by OBD (the new cars just don't have this communication option), then just EEPROM it. Autel has both options.
It can't precode some of the "original" keys (depends how much legs has the chip) but it always works with KEYDIY or Xhorse generated keys...
AVDI is best for these by EEPROM.
