MIB Main Unit

Hello, I have MIB MAIN UNIT from VW Golf 7, 5G0035043B.
Radio somethimes works and somethimes it doesnt turn on.
Whey it doesnt turn on there is no communication with diagnostic to radio and I have DTC from picture in cluster and gateway.

Is there any solution for this problem?

Solved, BGA processor was problem... Repaired, and radio works...
