astra 2003 codes

8 valve 2003, just read one i got (P0335) crankshaft position sensor, sensor A circuit malfunction.

and (P0400) EGR flow malfunction.

i took the egr off and tried to free it off and it seemed stuck solid, cant remember do these egr's open inover or outover?, either way it seemed well stuck.

any ideas or shal i get a new valve and a new CPS?

Egr valve is a common problem, crankshaft sensor not.

I did replace multiple ecu's with the same problem.

Internally problems with ecu's, cheapest way is to get it repaired by a specialist.

a new one will cost up to 1000euro.

both new common problem egrs on opels,i believe opel use a fuel cleaner every now and again to reduce the carbon buildup.
