readed with mss6 flasher 9both mcu

Sorted out ,thanks all for help.

If anyone is in this situation in the future there is a tool called " MSSx flasher" that works with KDCAN cable ,this tool is able toread fullflash OBD and decrypt ISN by itself OBD.
After reading isn and writing in CAS i was able to start the car.
