How to read Fujitsu MB91F577BHS (Honda Civic X dash)

I have VVDI PROG & dash from car with processor MB91F577BHS.
In software listed only MB91F577/S. Pinout same.

But i get: Device Error or Chip not connect (with 5.0 Volts).
Already connected 1kom. Solder CLK to X0.
With & without external power i try.
Also connect power 12V to 1-4 pins.

VVDI support answered that needed send to them my prog. Their engeeniers says device problem in vvdi.

Today i have read this processor! But i use connection diagram from another prog.

- Clock no needed.
- 4Mhz.
- VCC default 4.5V
- MD0 connect to VCC
- MD1 & MD2 must be connect to GND

But VVDI prog reads FF - its means in processor set security code.😔
