try changing your local settings in windows... ( perhaps like currency , date format , decimal format , coma instead of dot , etc. )

1. You have to extract the downloaded file using "winrar".
2. Copy the file to the program file\ewa net wis net standalone\ewa_pricelists
3. using internet explorer > ewa net > Administration>server>manage part price list
4. run epc net > option > setup > choose shop price list
