Sprinter Start Error

please i have sprinter with START ERROR and i opened ecu and found emulator fixed it the ecu
but it have start error

Green wire from emulator must be cut.
Did you remove immo or cut can lines from immobox?
Did you modd eeprom from ecu'?

Someone did the job and it was working alright and one morning it show START ERROR
