I need help to swap immo from original Vdo cluster to Visteon
No need to touch mileage in visteon data.

I found the problem, I needed to swap KEYID bytes.
New eeprom is attached, please try it :)

No, the file you posted has been modified!
It shows 325190 km already and has several checksum errors.
Please post the unmodified file.

All 3 eeprom have the new mileage 325190 km and checksum errors.
For sure none of them is the original unmodified one!

We cannot help unless you have the original unmodified eeprom of this Visteon cluster ...

This is always better than manually entering immo data because I am not sure which byte notation you are using :(

Anyway attached is first attempt of Visteon eeprom with your VDO immo inserted.
