Volvo v40 cem read

Trying to read a cem from volvo v40. There are 2 9s12xdt256 processors. I use autel machine to read. Connection is to 4 points on pcb. It lets me read eeprom but when i read flash all data is ffff. I used this machine before with no problems. What could be the issue. Could it be secured

you may have connection issue , try again or use another programmer like xprog or somthing.

Thanks for the reply. If it had a connection issue why would it read eeprom dump. Thanks

how big is the flash file you have
