To run PCMtuner (https://www.cardiagtool.co.uk/pcmtuner-ecu-programmer.html) program, WIN10 system is recommended.
On PC with WIN7 system, if it prompts "the system cannot find the file specified", it means NET.Framework 4.8 is needed.
So install NET.Framework 4.8, run setup as admin, disable all anti-virus and real-time scans.
