I have two cluster: one is crypto, one is not.
I put carprog with the a6 adapter to the 93c86 chip, the program let me change the eeprom file but no write it back, it only allows me to change km, pin, vin and immo id and write but no change other things in the file and write.
So I have the file from the 93c86 chip edited with the data from the old cluster but I can't write it into the new cluster.
I have been trying to adapt this new cluster, I first followed the steps from ross tech (http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/Immobilizer_IV_Immobilizer_Swapping_(Instrument_Cl uster)) and nothing, then I tried changing the km, the pin and the other data in carprog and then do the adaptation into the channel 50 and it shows me "malfunction".
And I do not know what to do next, I am sorry if I say something wrong but I do not have much experience and I am just looking for some help
