Jaguar XJ BCM car wont start

Hi friends..please help with Jaguar XJ 2015y.BCM have damage eeprom data ,no VIN only just strange signs and car not start. I readed data from 9s12XET256.
Maybe someone already had this problem.

Hello, I tried to write a repaired eep in DX2314B476BG but gave partition error. Can somebody tell me please which programmer is able to write data in this module?
