PCR2.1 immo data

I have a problem with a VW PCR2.1 ecu, the original ecu is water damaged, I can only read eeprom. :(
I also have a donor ECU, can someone transfer the data from the ori to the donor ECU?

Please note that the donor ecu is for brand AUDI but his orig ecu is brand VW.
So without changing the flash the engine will NOT run!

New eeprom with old immo attached.
After immo transfer you MUST reflash wcu with FRF attached.
How can you receive pass if you have inbox full??

I entered lupu_sandu eeprom file, but the car does not start (Ecu is blocked by the immobilizer)I tried to flash with .frf. file, but the flashing tool out the message "error-immo is active"

Reminder:
