Have this 2019 Kia Rio 1.4 dash eepromless what's inside and what tool can do this cluster

Sure OBDstar X300m can do this then if it is not R7F7 Renesas inside

These are the options on X300m for Kia Rio and Kia Stonic the Kia Stonic cluster look similar to the 2019 Kia Rio i have
Perhaps from 2017 onwards the VDO R7F7014XX is the correct option
