Anybody know, with what can I read processor on the bench, because old ECU is dead, and I need make immo off in the new one or make clone...

this is it
If I put another ECU and turn ignition on - MIL on dashboard didn`t light. Original ECU turns light on. Its normal or another ECU`s not good ? I have tried 2 pcs - don`t light MIL on.
