Yamaha Tmax SMC module

Hi, maybe someone can help me, i have Yamah Tmax with keyless. SMC module was stolen and now got other used, maybe its possible to make it virgin or got pin to code key? I have readed 24c04 from SMC(used)

You can not program a new remote if Immo and Steering lock is not in Sync

I can sync Immo to steering only to program a new key.

So its enough to read steering lock for sync with smc and buy new key (not used from dealer) ?
