Kia Venga key problem cutting with Xhorse Dolphin XP-005

Hello friends, i have a problem cutting a key to Kia Venga 2009 with my Xhorse Dolphin XP-005.

I attached photos, you can see a incomplet cut in two keyblades cutting with XP-005, and one cut right with other machine.

Anyone know which is the problem, and what´s the solution, please?.

First, what about full calibration of the dolphin? Please do it again
Then , is this happend when you copy the ori key or when you put key bittings manually ?


Remember that cutter needs to have good conduction for the key blade ! try to file the key blade , to get to bare metal, like that you have better metal conduction.

Ok friend, i am going to do a full calibration to the Dolphin and i wait that this problem go out.

You can decode the key by eye, and then put bittings to dolphin manually, like all key lost.

If, after calibration the key will be the same, write to xhorse help chat, they should help You.

Its a bug in the software I have just cut one and its the same as the one in the OP's post
we need Xhorse to fix it
