Hi all,

About Nissan Qashqai J10, J11 and J12 key programming, many people say that is very complicated, because BCM can be damaged.

IM608 has the functions; AVDI post today a video with J12 key programming.

My question is: about your experience, is secure add a key on NISSAN Qashqai J10, J11 and J12? Or BCM can be damaged with no-OEM tool?

Thank you

J10, J11 and J12 are at least three different systems. J12 at current is only supported by Abritus but probably soon by others too, hard to get any conclusions. J11 have error in BCM software and issue is no question of used programming tool but software in BCM. Rumours says that you should be sure that ELV is locked when you start programming key procedure. J10 is sometimes tricky with smart key programming but hard to make it no runner.

Thank you by your answer.

So, in your opinion, J10 is ok to key programming, J11 is better no touch and J12 for now only for Abrites, right?

I think that in NISSAN workshops, they have problems with J11 key programming too..

And this situation, BCM problem, is only for QASQHAI or there is another model with this problem?

Thank you a lot

Maybe before you get next answer start here to give some solution for troubles too because judging from your posts it is rare case.

You are right, and it will be something I will do more of in the future. I've done it, but you're right, rarely.

Thank you
