Audi q7 virtual tacho problem

Hello all
I have problem with tacho Audi q7 2018. I buy used tacho wiht same part number .. but have problem with programing with ODIS - component protection.

FAZ4990EError: The control unit is unusable and should therefore be replaced.. WAUZZZ4M9GD007737 how can solve this ?

Generally you can't longer code/program USED dash by odis geko without extra permission...

Account owner must write to support, and explain why they will program an used one...
If support decide positive, VIN will be active for used dash programming...

Audi Q7 don't hold keys in dashboard AFAIK.

I think unit was dipose off and is disable in system .
try other cluster
