H everyone,
i have a ssangyong actyon with delphi dcm 3.2 ap ecu

This was brought to me as a non runner and ecu had been opened and eeprom must have previously been removed as soldering wasnt great..however i got an immo off file and wrote it in with WP,disconnected immo box and then connected ecu,car now starts but wont rev and stays at 1200 rpm..
im not able to clear dtcs either...does anybody know should i be reading as 95160 or 95320 as it doesnt say on eeprom?
ive attached the file that was in ecu when it came to me,but dont know if its original.
