BMW E61 525D MT Stage 1 needed

Hello guys, I was wondering could someone maybe help me with a St1 file for my e61 525d manual gearbox. Preferably would be great with DPF and EGR OFF, but if not done, no problem. I would appreciate your help guys, thanks in advance!

Also I want to learn tuning myself, so if you guys could give me a damos file or adresses needed for stage 1 for tuning this ecu I would greatly appreciate it also, thanks a lot.
