no sky sports 1

can someone help s/v the box super cannot get sky sports 1. done factory reset and switched emu on and default key. channels from 50 to 100 missing sky sports 1 is on the 90s. but all channels on the s/v 1 are ok.

Sometimes ssp1 will be hidden behind FX try deleting it then ssp1 should be in it's place.
