the old ecu is lost now I wish to synchronize used ecu with used immo which is remained. I heard there is way of editing immo dump to adapt it ECU.

I had a problem like that on Montero and had to buy ECU + IMMO box. The IMMO data in the ECU was stored in 2 Mitsubish processors MH7203FA, impossible to read with anything. I don't know about Lancer though. You might get lucky with these tools Tactrix (http://www.tactrix.com/index.php) or it may be just cheaper to buy ECU+IMMO from the same car.
They have support forum too. I recall there was a discussion about IMMO once. Good luck.
