Hi,
Can anyone virginise this corrupted IMMO file (which has lost its PIN), from Delphi IMMO box - or provide me with a new clean file?
Many Thanks

maybe better virginize ECU ? and put new working file in immo ?

Ah thanks sebbat. I still have the original key for the ignition, so didn't want to disturb the ecu, and the existing pin which presumably will be lurking in there! I think I read somewhere on this forum, that the immo box will reset itself from a virgin state, and load itself with the necessary parameters from the ecu at switch on? Could well be wrong, as I'm a long way from being an expert on all this!

Trying to come at this problem from another angle.
As the pin is not stored in the IMMO box, (it's in the 5P08 file mounted on the ECU), can I preload the Delphi with an original bin file and remount in the vehicle, on the assumption that it will reconfigure itself at switch on?
As stated, I still have the original key, and I would really like to return the vehicle to it's former state with the IMMO fully working.
Thanks

an example
https:/ /www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/showthread.php/476552 there is a pin 041431. And take a new transponder.
Your immobox damp is damaged. And there he is a good example ....

why You wanna save your original key ? There is 48 chip inside ? With remote ? In immobox, I think, only chip, without remote. Chip is locked ?
its near to fiat than psa, if I didn`t mistaken, so better put working pair to immo and ECU...

Yes, Sebbat, only IMMO.
There's no remote locking involved. Agreed, closer to Fiat than PSA.
So, if I understand correctly, I need to load the IMMO box with the working BIN file (and PIN) kindly given to me by Bllinda, and program a new ID48/key with the PIN?
What about the 29400 in the ECU? Load with a virginised 29400?
Will this complete the pairing as mentioned by Sebbat?

I think, there is must be eeprom in ECU, not so ? What kind of ECU there ? I have Citroen Jumper 2005 pair - there is 95c56 in immo and 95P08 in ECU

Hi Sebbat,
The ECU is 0281010345 EDC15C7
Yes, there is a 5P08 chip in the ECU, which is currently demounted, and the IMMO file is a 93LC56 (256 bytes).
Presumably I need a matched pair of these?
I suspect your 95C56 is 512 or 1024 bytes?

93с56 can`t be 512 or 1024 bytes, not my, not yours )))
where is your dump from Ecu ?

That's great sebbat!
This file needs a 93LC56 bin file with the same PIN in order to pair?
Bllinda has given me a 93LC56 file (with PIN), but it will not work with your 5P08 I am assuming?
Out of interest, here is my original 5P08 bin from the ECU, which does indeed look corrupted!

Apologies sebbat!
Ignore my earlier post.
I see you have sent me the two matching files!

Bllinda, kiska,
I apologise. The file I posted, was -mistakenly - the dump taken with the 5p08 in situ on the board.
Here is the same file read off-board, with my EZP2020.
I was told on here that it still shows some corruption but there is enough data to reveal the PIN which is supposedly 53431.
I'd really welcome some clues as to how this is read - I can't see anything which looks like this in the data!

The pin is not read directly from the hex data. You look for a pattern then you have to reverse it. There is a guide giving indications how to find it on dk in the guide section

Appreciated fuzz1. I've tried many times - to the point of exhaustion - as you suggest, without success! I'm familiar with the guide to which you refer, but I can't for the life of me work out how it is done. Even tried working backwards from a known PIN, without result!
I think PIN extraction from these files is something of a black art, known only to a select few. A worked example would be GREATLY appreciated!

At the bottom there are two buttons thanks and reputation, click. And you will get a password.
But before that read normal MW 93LC56B as 8 bit and as 16 bit structure.and Upload here on the damp'a forum

As requested by Bllinda, I have attached an 8bit and a 16bit version of my 93LC56B bin file from my Delphi IMMObox.
Can anyone make any sense of either of these please, or do I assume they are both corrupted.
Thanks

Can you read it normally and not avoid it? Because otherwise you will lose the keys.
