2016 Honda Civic - Odometer Adjustment

I am having problems finding the IC on this, although I dont think im looking for a normal IC from what i read. This has MB91E.. which i think i need the solder points, i cant find those anywhere either

its not so much the dump, but finding the IC
anyways i did find it, but my SOIC clip (the one for the smaller ic's) is broken so i was wondering if anyone has the pin out to solder to board so i can edit this thing.
