2016 Civic Odometer Adjustment

so i did a search and there is some good threads unfortunately all the picture links are no longer working

I am having problems finding the IC on this, although I dont think im looking for a normal IC from what i read. This has MB91E.. which i think i need the solder points, i cant find those anywhere either

where is the chip ? under gauges ?
i cant find it on back side
anyway to do it via pin outs and solder wires to back?

*update*
so i ended up pulling gauges
i found the 93C86 but its a SOIC chip, i dont have that connector, mine broke - i just ordered a new one
meanwhile can i get pinout so i can solder to the leads and complete the car

so i found this

which looks exactly like mine, i soldered up the wires but i am having issues with #5, there is no solder pad so cant get the wire to stick in that place (trying to use carpog to do this car)

its just earth ( ground ) earth it somewhere else on the board
