Nissan livina Hitachi ecu IC replacement

Please can you help me..I have nissan livina 2012 crank no start
So all other stuf are good..so I open ecu found 1 track burnt also 1 ic looks like diode but I'm not sure what part it is Please can you check
I need to know because I want buy replacement ic

Guys I think iv found the problem..some1 was some put cam sensor wrong way because they somehow broke the cam shaft sensor connector and didn't know the correct way
Please will really appreciate cam and crank shaft sensors diagram
