Skoda Fabia 2 2010 milleage error

anyone can help maybe. had battery disconnected,after fired up car noticed revs needle not working.. done needle test with vcds and it works fine. but also also i got now error blinking and milleage.. and also noticed that on top of lcd it changed the colour to the red where is the clock but before was whole lcd white colour. fault sais checksum not correct in dashboard memory. can someone please give me login code from dump and also maybe someone can sort that checksum? dump attached.

Use Digiprog... write mileage (+16 km enough) and check will be correct...

yeah but i dont have on the lcd anything.. i cant see any mpg or use computer. i try'd to use other dash,the milleage was different than original ofcoure and wasnt blinking and no errors but only immo active so no start car. really weird
