MED9.5.10 immo data change

please change immo data
old data:
CS: C0 9C A6 43 81 39 0
PIN: 15413

new data:
CS: B2 FC 8C 41 65 F9 18
PIN: 25959

i have try whit ross tech, but shows 50 channel error, whit fvdi show cant change pin, if i do immo off dtc p1640 eeprom error
